Excellent everything! Maitre D welcomed us like royalty. Food was exceptional! Best steak I've ever had. It was also my husband's birthday so the whole staff came out chanting with a complimentary cake

Great ambiance. Classic steakhouse. They dry age their meat at least 30 days. Service is what you would expect at a restaurant of this caliber. It is exceptional. The team took care of our party of 5 really well- no complaints. They also come and show you the steak that they will be making for you before they make it which is quite nice. The last time I went they had a few items which they didn’t have this time. Maybe they were specials? The last time i went, they had a cap steak which is supposed to be most flavourful part of a rib-eye.

The service from the moment you walk in the door is superb. The food, presentation, service, and ambience, are all a great upscale experience. For example, we all walked in with laptop bags and they stored them for us securely. All the staff were very accommodating, observant, and there to serve. The waiters offered a few suggestions to share to keep costs down. (Note that the restaurant is upscale and a bit pricey). The steaks we had could easily be shared by 2 or even 3 people. I had the unique opportunity to talk to an assistant chef that previously worked there, and he had only the best to say about the restaurant, the food quality, the chefs, and the overall management. He said, "you picked the right place."

My favourite place to go in the city. They treat you like royalty and the food ALWAYS exceeds expectations. Art on the wall is beautiful and the open concept kitchen is great. Love everything about this place.

10/10! If you are looking for excellent seafood and would like to experience Japanese A5 wagyu this is the place. Service and overall experience was top notch. Our server Nick was very knowledgeable giving us the ultimate experience. The rest of the staff provided exceptional service as well. Thanks guys we look forward to coming back next time we are in town!Ps. The basement is more upbeat highly recommend this spot!

The second time here for dinner. Last time was 2 years before. The steak is still prefect!!!! Service is also prefect too！！！Today is my birthday and they give me a really delicious chocolate cake with a little small surprise.☺️Such a wonderful dinner experience！！！！！

This place is a Montreal institution: impeccable service and decor, an amazing wine and cocktail list, and food that is beyond reproach.This place is a must visit if you're willing to spend, and should be considered for any special occasion. It's a popular destination for work meetings as well, so drop in if you've got official business or someone to impress.

Best steakhouse I've ever went, went there for my father birthday and mine, never had a better steak. Loses a start because the price are crazy high, I understand that the quality of the ingredient are on another level but this is something else. If you really wanna change someone opinion on steak, this is perfect. Service is also crazy, you can reserve your piece of meat before you get there and once you get there, everyone in the restaurant knows what you ordered and you may ask any question to anyone there and they'll be able to answer. 10/10

My first time here and I will say the service was exceptional! Very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is stylishly decorated with beautiful artwork. A great place to visit for a business dinner, to celebrate a special occasion, or just to enjoy dinner/drinks with great friends or family. A trendy place as well. The food is great, with options for almost everyone. Known for their very large, flavorful, and aged meats, you can also get many different kids of seafood. I highly recommend La Queue de Cheval if you are looking for an upscale place with good ambiance, great service and great food.

5 stars from me. I was there recently for an evening business meeting / meal and the meat and red wine was sublime.. Bonus was the service and culture in this restaurant exceeded expectations as well so Recommended..

The BEST steak I ever had! Worth every penny. Service was flawless, decor of the paintings were beautiful, highly recommend.

By far the best steakhouse in Montreal! Great service, serious variety of high quality meat cuts, and fish choices. Their surf 'n turf combos are nothing less than exquisite, quality is usually $$$ but, well worth it if price is not an issue with you. I say go for it! You're worth it!!

Wonderful meal. This restaurant is excellent. Everything we had was wonderful and our server was very attentive and knowledgeable in his suggestions. We enjoyed the ambiance. This restaurant was walking distance from our hotel, which was another perk for us. I will definitely dine here the next time I am in Montreal.

Great food in a great room. What you’ll be eating is hanging in the lockers in the front of the restaurant.

The food was amazing, the meat was tender and juicy. Mez, our waiter was amazing.
